PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing information on the User’s devices using Cookies, used to provide services provided electronically requested by the User by ROTOR-CENTRUM s.c. NIP: 7321835657 based in Zagajnikowa 1b, Dąbrówka Wielka 95-100 Zgierz.   I. DEFINITIONS  
  1. Administrator – means ROTOR-CENTRUM s.c. conducting business on the basis of a civil partnership, subject to entry in the Central Register of Business Activity entered under the NIP number: 7321835657, who provides services electronically and stores and accesses information on the User’s devices.
  2. Cookies – means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User uses the Website’s websites.
  3. Cookies Administratora – means Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator via the Website.
  4. Third Party Cookies– means Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners via the Website.
  5. Service– means a website or application under which the Administrator runs a website operating in the domain(s) rcsystem.pl
  6. Device– means an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Website.
  7. User– means an entity to which, in accordance with the Regulations and legal provisions, services may be provided electronically or with which an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.
  Providing and entrusting data processing.  
  1. Data may be made available to external entities only within the limits permitted by law.
  2. Data enabling identification of a natural person are made available only with the consent of that person.
  3. The Operator may be obliged to provide information collected by the Website to authorized bodies on the basis of lawful requests to the extent resulting from the request.
  4. In the scope of entrusting the processing of personal data, the Website Operator has concluded a written data processing agreement, regulated in Art. 31 of the Personal Data Protection Act, with the hosting service provider Universal Express Administration Sp. z o. o. 02-285 Warszawa, ul. Szyszkowa 35/37.
  II. SHARING AND ENROLLING DATA PROCESSING  
  1. The website performs the functions of obtaining information about Users and their behavior in the following way:
    • through information voluntarily entered in forms,
    • by saving cookies on end devices (so-called “cookies”),
    • by saving technical logs at the web server level.
  2. This Policy is an information document and does not replace the security policy maintained by the Administrator in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data.
  3. In terms of data that is personal data under the provisions on the protection of personal data, the data controller is the Administrator.
  4. Personal data is used to execute sales contracts, therefore it may be transferred to entities responsible for the delivery of purchased goods to the customer and, in the case of purchases in installments, to institutions financing the purchase. Customers have the right to access their data and correct it. The data is provided voluntarily.
  III. TYPES OF COOKIES USED
  1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. In particular, this way it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to penetrate Users’ Devices.   2. The administrator uses two types of cookies:
    • Session cookies: are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until the end of the browser session. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the Device’s memory.     • Persistent cookies: are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending a given browser session or turning off the Device does not delete them from the User’s Device. The persistent cookies mechanism does not allow downloading any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device.
  3. The User has the option of limiting or disabling access to cookies to his/her Device. If you use this option, you will be able to use the Website, except for functions that by their nature require cookies.
  IV. PURPOSES FOR WHICH COOKIES ARE USED

    • Implementation of processes necessary for full functionality of websites
      • adapting the content of the Website’s websites to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the Website’s websites. In particular, these files allow you to recognize the basic parameters of the User’s Device and properly display the website, tailored to your individual needs;
      • correct operation of the affiliate program, enabling in particular verification of the sources of redirection of Users to the Website’s websites.
    • Remembering the user’s location
      • correct configuration of selected functions of the Website, enabling in particular the adaptation of the information provided to the User, taking into account his/her location.
    • Analyzes, research and audience audit
      • creating anonymous statistics that help understand how Website Users use the Website’s websites, which allows improving their structure and content;
    • Ensuring the safety and reliability of the website
