RC System Positioner is a small tool that allows you to drill holes anywhere on the surface and in the edges of the furniture boards – without the need to use dozens of additional templates and measures.

RC System Positioner has a lot of positioning holes with defined dimensions, which enables drilling for all furniture fittings and connectors. Using special pins attached to the device, each dimension can be additionally increased by 0.5, 1 or 2 mm. An example of the use of holes is presented below.

An important element of the Positioner is the attachment for drilling in the edges of the furniture boards. The part, mounted on guides located in the main board of the Positioner, has a depth limiter and a chip extraction connector. The distances for drilling in the edges of the board can be set freely using a measuring element. By extending the scale, we set the desired distance from the surface of the furniture board.

Slats are additional equipment of the Positioner. Their task is to facilitate work on large formats. The slats have full bumpers adjustment along their entire length with an accuracy of 0.1 mm.
